Adding Directories to SliQ Submitter Plus
Adding your own list of directories to SliQ Submitter Plus is as simple as pasting a list of directory URLs and clicking a button to make SliQ analyze the directories and add them to its database.
Follow these Steps to add Directories to SliQ Submitter Plus
1. In the toolbar on the Directory Campaign toolbar, press the Add Custom directories button.

2. Paste a list of potential directory URLs into the text box on the Add Custom Directories form that appears.

Choose the directory category in which to place the new directories.
Your URLs can point to the submit page on a directory or to the directory home page. SliQ will automatically find the submit page if needed.
3. Press the Add Directories button on the form.
SliQ will then analyze the directories. As each directory is loaded, SliQ will show its status.
Depending on the number of URLs you pasted into the Add Directories form, SliQ may take some time to complete its analysis. You can stop the analysis at any time by pressing the Close button on the Analysis form - SliQ will then add any directories it has found so far.
SliQ's Directory Analysis Process
SliQ will analyze the URLs to see if they point to a directory with a supported script.
SliQ will categorize a directory as:-
1. Compatible with the Fast Submission interface - meaning that fully automatic submission is possible. If the URL you entered into the Add Custom Directories dialog points to the directory home page, SliQ will automatically try to find the submit page.
2. Likely to be compatible with the semi-automatic Browser-based Submission interface (but not with the Fast interface).
2.a If SliQ cannot fully determine if the directory is compatible, it may be unable to determine which is the submit page on the directory. When submitting to the directory using the browser-based submit interface, you may wish to change the default URL loaded for the directory - see setting the default page loaded for a custom directory for more information.
2.b If SliQ cannot fully determine if the directory is compatible, even though SliQ can load the directory via the Browser-based Submission interface, SliQ may not be able to fill many of the fields on the directory submit page and it may not be able to judge whether a submission has succeeded or failed. If this is the case, please adjust the directory submission status via the options at the top of the Browser window after submitting.
3. No website can be found at the address.
